Connor Barnes was born in Bozeman, Montana (or in an alternative story, Mars) into a family of skiing enthusiasts. He learned to ski at 18 months at Crystal Mountain near Enumclaw, WA. He alleges his first pair of skis were 2×4’s (a claim we view with a healthy dose of skepticism!). His current favorite equipment for snow sports are Fisher Ranger Snow Blades. His favorite skis are the Armada Declivity 102. He relates that when he was young, he tried to be cool for the “big kids”. He jumped so high that his skis broke, and he cried. His favorite run, Bradley’s Bash, is in the Winter Park Territory. When Connor is at Alpine Sun, he is joined by Squishy Deezel and Ben.
