Frank Dominguez is an owner and President of Alpine Sun Ski Shop. Having been in the ski business since 1975, his whole adult life has been a ski story! Born in Denver, CO, Frank lived in southern California from 1st grade through 10th grade before returning to Arvada for his junior and senior years of high school. He started skiing seriously when he was 16, learning to ski at Eldora and Berthoud Pass ski areas. His first skis were wooden skis with screw in edges and cable bindings – brand unknown. Frank skis the demo skis sold in the shop and has no particular favorite…at this time. On the mountain, Frank’s favorite runs in the Winter Park Territory are Bradleys Bash, Mulligan’s Mile, and Tweedle Dum. In the Mary Jane Territory, you are likely to find him on Needles Eye or Sterling Way.
