Jordan Dominguez, co-owner and VP of Operations, was born and raised in Winter Park, learning to ski at the resort at 18 months. His first skis were the smallest Kids Dynastar rental skis that were being made in 1990. Jordan competed in, and won, his first ski race at age two. The trophy was a chocolate bunny which he refused to eat. Throughout his childhood and adolescence, Jordan competed in organized ski programs in alpine racing, Nordic jumping, and Big Park events. In recent years Jordan’s favorite skis have been the Armada Declivity 102 and the Solomon QST 98. This year he favors the Armada Locator 104’s. He skis in all of the Seven Territories at Winter Park/Mary Jane with his favorite runs being the Stagecoach trees (Vasquez Ridge), Outrigger (Winter Park), and Hole-in-the-Wall (Mary Jane). Jordan co-parents a kitten, Ducky, and three dogs, Paz, a Border Collie, Lotti, a mixed breed, and Ralphie, a brindle-colored Cardigan Welsh Corgi. The dogs are integral members of the shop menagerie!
